Come and enjoy the hot summer days lounging in the sun, or swimming in our large heated pool. The pool also features a toddler wading pool, playground area, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Our pool is professionally managed and staffed with lifeguards. We are open 7 days a week from 11am to 8 pm from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Our 9 hole Executive course offer our members the perfect opportunity to hone their skills and challenge their short game. The course wanders through the entire estate and is welcoming to all skill levels. The Newberry Country Club Golf program offers Ladies’, Men’s and Mixed Leagues for our members to join, along with special tournaments and a yearly Club Championship to compete in.  The Ladies League plays Monday mornings at 9am. The Mixed League plays on Wednesdays evenings with a tee off of 5pm.  The Men’s League plays Saturday mornings at 9:30am.

Our leagues offer special onsite and offsite tournaments to members.  Our golf course opens April 1st (weather permitting) and is open for play from dawn to dusk through October 31st (weather permitting). Golf carts are available to rent on a first come first serve basis at a cost of $20 per cart. See Guest/Cart Pass below for more details on cart rental.

Motorized Golf Carts

Carts are available to rent at $20 per cart. Each rental is limited to 4 hours or 18 holes.   Individuals must be 18 years or older to rent a cart.

If you enjoy a good match of tennis, then you will love our professional, fenced courts. The courts are lighted until 10pm throughout the spring, summer and fall.

Our on site tennis director, Jack Monick, provides special activities, private and group lessons. Join our player list to connect with other players for some fun and challenging games! Contact Jack at 570-647-8010 for more information.

This season the activities will include: Pickleball and Tennis gatherings, workouts and tournaments, Junior and adult recreation activities and adult social nights.

The newest sport to hit Newberry is Pickleball. It is a game resembling tennis in which players use paddles to hit a perforated ball over a net using about 1/2 the tennis court. It is gaining popularity across the country and we have 8 lighted courts for you to enjoy the game until 10pm. Try Something new!

This will be the place to be. After a long day in the pool, on the golf course or playing tennis or pickleball, slow down and relax with a friendly, or not so friendly, game of Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes or Corn Hole. Equipment is provided or feel free to bring your own.
